Hey! I’m Nicole, a party loving-biscuit eating-wine drinking-yogi from Nottingham.

(It's all about balance right!?!)

After a short and unhappy stint in the corporate events world, I quit my job, booked a one-way ticket to India and completed my first teacher training course in Goa in 2015.

I wanted to break the boundaries of yoga, as all I ever saw was tall, thin, super bendy, middle-aged, American caucasian women. But you don't have to be any of those to practice yoga.

Yoga is for everyone; from all backgrounds, body types, skin colours, sexual orientation, and demographics.

Over the years I've been helping people to come into the present moment, by connecting their body with their breath. Helping them to find flow in their yoga practice, allowing them to create flow in their life.

In yoga, the yin and yang concept of dualism is really prevalent as they are interconnected, complementary, interdependent, you can't really do one without the other.

Bringing an energetic edge to my vinyasa flow sequences, often taking my students to edges where they haven't been before, allowing them to challenge themselves, seeing what they are really capable of, whilst working the body.

Along with the energetic fun sequences, to truly balance your practice you must experience the slowing down, receptive aspect, yin. Where we slow down, create space in the body and become still. This can come in the form of yin yoga, moon flows, guided meditation, sound baths, yoga nidra, you name it!

The Yin & Yang aspect give rise to each other, and when you form a balance of each in your life, you won't need to seek out ways to be happy, as your happiness will come from within.

All the love,

Nicole x
